Ingredients
Main
- 1 roll pork breakfast sausage Jimmy Dean Premium Pork Regular Sausage
- 1/2 large finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cups finely chopped dried cranberries
- 1 box stuffing mix Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Turkey
- 1 cups chicken broth Swanson 100% Natural Chicken Broth
- 2 large eggs beaten
Cranberry Dipping Sauce
- 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cups orange juice no pulp

Instructions
Main
- Brown sausage in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until onions are clear.
- Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Combine cheese, cranberries, stuffing, and sausage and stir. Add in eggs and chicken broth and mix until completely combined.
- Make into ping pong size balls and place on lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
Dipping Sauce
- Combine cranberry sauce and orange juice in small sauce pan over medium heat. Stir until thinned out and completely combined.
