Ingredients
- 30 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 large finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cups softened butter
- 10.75 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Prepare a 9x13 inch casserole dish with cooking spay.
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients and gently mix. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
