Ingredients
Crust
- 1 box dark chocolate brownie mix Ghirardelli Brand
Filling
- 24 ounces softened cream cheese Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk Bordon Eagle Brand
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 10 ounces 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate chips Ghirardelli Brand

Instructions
Crust
- Prepare brownie mix as package directs and pour into a greased 9-inch spring form pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Filling
- Mix cream cheese and condensed milk together until smooth.
- Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
- Add vanilla while continuing to mix until color is consistent.
- Stir in half of the chocolate chips.
- Pour mixture into baked crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top, they will sink a little bit.
- Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees F and bake for 50 minutes or until center is set.
- Cool and chill until ready to serve.
