Cranberry Dipping Sauce

Main
  1. Brown sausage in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until onions are clear.
  2. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes
  3. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  4. Combine cheese, cranberries, stuffing, and sausage and stir. Add in eggs and chicken broth and mix until completely combined.
  5. Make into ping pong size balls and place on lined cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
Dipping Sauce
  1. Combine cranberry sauce and orange juice in small sauce pan over medium heat. Stir until thinned out and completely combined.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with non-stick aluminum foil.
  3. Slice the jalapeno peppers in half and remove the core and seeds.
  4. Slice the pepper jack cheese into rectangles, smaller than the jalapeno halves.
  5. In a medium bowl, mix sausage, baking mix, and cheddar cheese.
  6. Stuff jalapeno with the pepper jack cheese slices and encase them in the sausage mix in the shape of an egg.
  7. Arrange the jalapeno eggs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
