Ingredients
Crust
- 1 1/4 cup chocolate graham crackers Honey Made Brand
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Filling
- 12 ounces melted 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate chips Ghirardelli Brand
- 24 ounces softened cream cheese Philadelphia Brand
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk Bordon Eagle Brand

Instructions
Crust
- Mix crust ingredients and pat into a 9 or 10-inch spring form pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Filling
- Mix cream cheese and condensed milk together until smooth.
- Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
- Add chocolate and vanilla while continuing to mix until color is consistent.
- Pour mixture into baked crust.
- Bake at 300 degrees F for 1 hour 5 minutes or until center is set.
- Cool and chill until ready to serve.
Recipe Notes
It is best to make sure the filling is very smooth. I usually spend about 15 minutes running the mixer on the filling.
