Ingredients
- 6 each boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 3 cup water
- 3 (10 ounce) can homestyle buttermilk biscuits

Instructions
- Cook chicken in pan, seasoning with salt, pepper, and adobo.
- In large put combine cooked chicken, onion, soup, and water, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add biscuits to pot by tearing into pieces. Cook for an additional 12 minutes or until biscuits are done.
