Now I know this one ins’t possible really by myself, but it will be something I look for in a new relationship. Love notes or sweet notes that are hand written and hidden so that I can find them when I don’t expect to.
I enjoy doing this as well, it’s not just one sided. I love the idea of writing someone something sweet and them finding it in the middle of the day, maybe a stressful day – it doesn’t even have to be the day I wrote it. It is such a nice feeling.
I was going to edit this post because it reminds me of my ex, but rather than do that I am just going to add that they must be truthful notes – so if you don’t love someone yet, don’t write love you. If you don’t think someone is AMAZING – don’t write that – just be honest
Going to the movies makes me happy! It seems like I never go enough lately, but I used to go all the time. I know it is expensive now, but it is worth it to me. My main problem now with going to the movies is that I don’t like to go alone. SO finding someone who wants to go will be a challenge, but this is one of those things that makes me happy that I will have to bring back to my life.
So this morning I went to take a shower and there was a skink in there! I saw it in my room a couple days ago, but could never find it, but this morning I sure did and that sucked
Anyway, worked out last night and felt super ill when I was on my way home so I didn’t eat any dinner and went to bed. I don’t know what it is about the later workouts that I can’t get right, but I keep feeling sick afterwards but luckily I never do get sick. Going to have to talk to my trainer tomorrow and see what he thinks about it. I have been trying to eat a protein bar before, but that just ain’t cutting it!
I got the next step of confirmation for the White House tour when we go to DC. I won’t know if we actually get a tour until a couple weeks, but I have my fingers crossed! I am still very excited about this trip, it is going to be so fun.
OK, going to watch some Once Upon a Time and then go to bed early since I have an early conference call tomorrow morning. Hopefully it goes better than last time
Got my hair done today, I just love that! She always does such a great job, I always get compliments on it!
Also picked up a new necklace, one I can use for all my silver color stuff. Then while I was walking around I saw a beautiful Opal set, ring, necklace, and ring – had to have it 😉
Going to head out here in a sec to go get some fried chicken for dinner – yummy!!
Today I booked the flights and hotel for the Washington DC trip I am taking with both my brothers!!!! I am so super excited, if you couldn’t tell!! I think the hotel is gong to end up being in a great place for us and was not crazy expensive. I am just signing us up for tours of the White House and also the Library of Congress – THIS IS SO EXCITING!!!!!!
OK, I can’t write today cause I am so distracted by this
So, worked late tonight. It’s not uncommon for me to work late but I am feeling a bit bad so it was harder than normal. I felt really bad yesterday which is why I didn’t blog, but today was an improvement.
I was hoping that I would be able to do things like blog during the day, but it just has been so crazy I haven’t had a second to get the old MacBook out and do it
About to call my brother to plan our Washington DC trip, well really just need to confirm what we want to do as far as day to leave, what time and all that. Carlos said that he would pay for the hotel since he is AWESOME!! I am going to pay for the flights with my skymiles cause that is awesome.
Well other than that, not a very interesting day. Got a great pic of Shelby Dog in the car. She loves sitting in the car, doesn’t matter what time of day, if you are there or not, she just loves it. I think I said this the other day, every dog has it’s thing and she is no exception.
Today was another long day at work, but pretty productive. I got a great text from Jim today with these flowers:

We have been having a hard time at home with things lately, the server died, the gate died, we have to do a lot of work on the property soon, it has just been a lot. We had to put down 3 dogs this year and the most recent was my beloved Peanut. I am still so very sad about it. Every dog does their own special things and he was no exception. He had no tail, but he could get his nubby going when he was excited
I put a bunch of pics of him on here already, didn’t lose everything, but having a hard time getting pics off my phone to get them sorted. I have a lot of him, Brandy and Jake on there.
Moving on!! I am watching the TV show Once Upon a Time, I am still in season 1, but I am really enjoying it. I always seem to catch them after they have been on a few seasons, but better late than never.
Also, Paul, Carlos and I are supposed to be going to Washington DC in a couple weeks and I am very excited. It was supposed to be tacked onto a business trip to help reduce the cost, but that isn’t going to happen anytime soon so I think I am just going to go on our own. I will post more about that later.
Alright, time to go watch me some more episodes and go to bed a little early today – got an early conference call tomorrow that I need to make go well.

So, this is the first post for the all new website!! Why a new website, well the old server lost a couple hard drives and we have not been able to recover it so we are re-building from scratch.
I am very sad to lose all the pictures and important documents we had, but we are still trying to get the data back without paying thousands of dollars.
I think that the way this is set up I may be able to make the blogs a little easier and include video and pictures to each post.
