Today is not really different from many other Sundays in that I am doing laundry.  I just ate some lunch and have a headache, but must still accomplish tons of things today

I am fixing to start packing since I think most of my laundry is actually done.  I also just happened to check when my flight leaves tomorrow and to my happy surprise is that it leaves at 08:30 and not 06:00 like I thought.  How can that be a surprise, well I live off my calendar so I rarely remember anything like that.  I know I have a flight and I know to look before I go to bed to know when exactly to be awake and leave   My return flight on the other hand does leave at 06:00 so I didn’t just come up with that time out of thin air

I have been watching a new person on YouTube who is very good.  I think I first saw him on another person channel.  I should make a whole section for YouTubers because I really find them much more entertaining than most TV shows.  They are inspiring for creativity.  They aren’t always super meaningful but they are doing something interesting.  His name is Casey Neistat.  I found him on this channel called BF vs GF.  They are very funny and seem to be really nice people.

I am expecting a package today of work travel stuff and it has yet to come…  I have walked with the puppies to the gate twice today, not that I am complaining about walking I am complaining about waiting – ha ha ha ha

Update on the packages – they didn’t come…  USPS says delivery attempted – I think they were running late or didn’t feel like delivering it.

I played with the puppies a couple times today – the tennis ball game that is, I play play with them all the time.  Penny actually played with me once so that was exciting.  I think I will try Dime next, the key is to get them all outside one at a time.  You can’t play exciting, can’t think of the right word, with all of them together.  They just get too excited.

I have just stunk at pictures this week.  I will do better next week, especially while I am away.  I have found the next big purchase I want to make, Moment lens and case.  They aren’t crazy expensive, but they are an investment.  I saw someone recommend them and I have been wanting to get some for a while so now that I have a recommendation I am gonna go with it.

I am all packed and ready to go.  I have to learn a new technique when blogging because I have it automatically send social media notifications so it is important to just publish once or it will keep sending out notifications.  Right now I am eating the last of my ice cream and still watching YouTube.

My light project I “finished” yesterday is making me surprisingly happy.  I liked it but I just turn on the lights, glance back, and smile at all those memories   I have a couple around my monitor too and that is also very nice.

Alright I am getting ready for bed!!

 

Today, like every Saturday is a day of small tasks that Paul, and Carlos every other weekend, can help with.  Today Paul did a lot to the website and I hung my light project.  I am still working on it and will post a picture as soon as I am done

I played with Nickel a couple times with the ball slinger and so did Paul, it is really a good way to exercise him, now need to figure out how to do the other two.  They can’t all play this game at least not all at once.

I should do some laundry tonight so I am not doing it all day tomorrow.  Hmmmm, maybe I will   I leave very early Monday so I absolutely need to be in bed on time tomorrow night.

I had gotten these remote controlled outlets last week I think and had not used them yet.  I just plugged two of them in today.  One is hooked to my light project and the other to the light above my desk.  I had touch sensors on them, but for some reason the storms here would turn them on so that was a huge pain in the rear!

Alright, now to finish up what I am doing and then get those pictures up

It is Friday and thank goodness   Today I took the puppy to the vet to get spayed and then right into work for a meeting I was hosting.  I was getting a little nervous that I wasn’t going to make it, but luckily traffic was not bad.

Dime was very scared at the vet, I felt so bad leaving her there, but she was good with the people, not so good with the dogs.

I got home a little early in case I needed to go get the dog and instead I played with Nickel and his tennis ball toy.  He loves that thing and he plays with it really well.

Monday I am going out of town so this weekend doesn’t just get to be all fun and games – I actually have to pack and stuff…  Like it’s something new for me

I had  a pretty good day today and went to dinner with a friend to Carrabba’s – haven’t been there in a while and the food was good and the friend was great

I have been walking after work with a coworker and today was the last day of the week for this.  She is leaving a little early tomorrow and I might have to go and get my puppy from the vet.

I didn’t get home from dinner until like 20:00 so needless to say it was a bit later than I am used to getting home   Oh man, getting old!!!

No pictures today either, maybe tomorrow.

 

Today was just an overall good day.  I got to talk to several of my favorite people today!   I got home in daylight and played with Nickel.  This toy is just great.  He loves it and it is fun.  Today he tired out a little but, I think he might have hurt himself just a little.

I am currently catching up on my YouTube shows and that is fun for me

Today I have been sneezing like all day.  I hope hope hope I am not getting sick since I am out of town next week!!

I didn’t take any pictures today so that is still a struggle.  I am going to grab some food.  I ate lunch really late so now dinner is really late

Today was pretty good.  I got a thank you award for helping out on this project and that felt really nice.  I got one yesterday as well so I am just really feeling good right now about the work I have done and feel very energized for the work still to come!

I stopped on the way home to do a couple things.  One, I had an order arrive at Home Depot – piece of cake Next I decided to stop and try to get the dogs some more durable toys because Nickel has been being very bad and getting everything he is not allowed to have.  Today he took one of my pillows and one of my flip flops.  Now, normally I do put my shoes up in the bathroom and close that door, but I forgot today so I am just very happy he didn’t get too far with them   I paid like $45 for toys that are supposed to be Tuff Toys – basically for destructive dogs!  So, wanna guess how long it took for two of the dogs to kill two of the toys?  Less than an hour!!!

I also stopped at Publix and picked up a couple things and one was Cherry Garcia!  That is my favorite ice cream   Everyone should try it and they will also love it 😉

I have a meeting tomorrow with Construction and am a very excited to visit with them.  I also am supposed to have some dinner with one of the folks I met a couple months ago on Thursday night.  He is super nice and I may be able to have dinner with him again on my next trip which will be very nice.  Gotta make time for the friends!!

I wanna get a picture on here, but I don’t feel like getting the Mac out of my back pack – how lazy can I get   I am gonna try to add it via my iPad – lets see   SUCCESS!!!!!!

I got the best dog toy today!!!  Nickel absolutely loved it and I thought that I had tired him out but he can just keep going and going and going!!!  It was so much fun.  The only problem was that the other dogs were not able to play at the same time.  So tomorrow I am going to try to really tire him out and see if the others will play some.  Will have to take them out one at a time obviously

I also got a new date book today.  I absolutely love Moleskine books and that is what I got.  I just finished numbering the days so that I can know what day of days it is

Had a very productive day at work today.  I got tons of stuff done and it made me happy.  It has been hard to get motivated to do anything really so I just pushed myself and it came easy, felt like normal again.  I also went for a walk after work with one of the ladies on my floor and that was nice too.  I was hoping to start running today, but my foot is still hurting really bad.  I don’t think I mentioned it in the blog but it has been hurting since last Wednesday or so.  Bummer

Sorry it is so short, but I really need to go to be because I have been watching YouTube instead of doing this and now it is really late.

Today was a great day.  My cousin and his wife came over today and so did Carlos.  When they got here we went to a couple places and then went to get lunch and came back to eat.  Well before we went to eat we were messing around with the puppies and while Dime jumped on Stacy knocking her glasses off so Nickel picked that prize up and ran like a crazy dog.  She said he didn’t damage them, but he was running around for a good 5 minutes just out of our reach

We went to Home Depot to get the last of my crates for the bedroom – I think   Then we went to Pet Smart and got some harnesses for the puppies so that I could maybe take them places.  Then we got food and came home.

What made it the day of laughs was how much Stacy, Carlos and I laughed at Nickel stealing the sunglasses.  I will try to get back to the blog later tonight if anything cool happens
